Ingredients
1 tsp butter1 tsp sugar
1 egg
Zest of 2 lemons
2 1/2 tsp flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
How to:
Beat the butter with the sugar, the egg and the lemon zest.
Add the flour and baking powder and mix until a uniform dough is created.
Shape into any design you want and make small cookies and bake at 180°C for 10-12 minutes.
