Ingredients
1 kilo of cuttlefish
1 kilo of spinach
1 tsp. oil
2 onions, chopped
1/2 tsp. white wine
A little fresh dill, chopped
A little fresh mint, chopped
Salt, pepper
Wash and clean the cuttlefish and cut them into small pieces.
Sauté the chopped onions in the oil, add the chopped dill and mint and then the cuttlefish pieces.
Let them cook and finish with the wine. Season with salt and pepper, add 2 cups of water and let it simmer until the squid is half cooked.
Add the chopped spinach, let it cook for another 10 minutes and serve.
