Apple-pie with Cinnamon

 


Ingredients

4 large apples, thinly sliced
​​200 g all-purpose flour
150 g sugar
100 g butter, melted
2 eggs
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking powder
1 pinch salt
Icing sugar for serving


How to: 

Preheat the oven to 180°C and grease a baking tray.
In a bowl, mix the flour with the baking powder, cinnamon and salt.
In another bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar and add the melted butter.
Mix the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients until the mixture is smooth.
Pour half the mixture into the baking tray, layer the apples and cover with the remaining mixture.
Bake for 40-45 minutes until golden brown.
Sprinkle with icing sugar before serving.
