Strawberry Pie

 


Ingredient's

1 1/2 cups gluten-free all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon sugar
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp. fine salt
3 large eggs
1/2 teaspoon unsalted butter, melted
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup fresh strawberries, diced
Icing sugar for sprinkling

How to:

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and butter a cake pan.
In a large bowl, mix the flour with the sugar, baking powder and salt.
Add the eggs, melted butter, milk, and vanilla. Mix until the mixture is smooth. Add the strawberries.
Pour the mixture into the pan and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes and then on a wire rack. Sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired.
