Ingredients
100 g dark chocolate3 eggs
120 g cream cheese
How to:
Melt the dark chocolate and mix it first with the cream cheese and then with the yolks. Once well mixed, gently fold in the egg whites.
Pour into a greased glass container that you will place in another container with water.
Bake in the oven at 170 degrees for 15 minutes, then lower the temperature to 160 degrees and bake for another 15 minutes.
Turn off the oven and let it cool for another 15 minutes.
Remove from the mold only when the cake is completely cool.
