Ingredients

apples, cored, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp.
caramel sauce, warmed, plus more for serving
- 1/2 tsp.
ground cinnamon
- 1
sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed according to package directions
How to:
- Preheat oven to 400°. In a medium bowl, toss apples with caramel and cinnamon until well combined.
Lay pastry flat on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Arrange apples in overlapping slices on top of pastry, leaving a 1" border.
Bake tart until apples are softened and pastry is golden brown, about 30 minutes.
Transfer pan to a wire rack. Brush with more caramel while still warm. Let cool 10 minutes before cutting into squares.
