Best MacBook Air M2 Deals

Now that the MacBook Air M2's been on the market for six months or so, deals are relatively easy to come across meaning you don't have to pay full price for Apple's latest laptop. Unveiled in June 2022 alongside the MacBook Pro M2, the redesigned MacBook Air M2 features a brand-new design more akin to the modern looks of the 14-inch MacBook Pro with some significant speed and efficiency improvements.

The M2 chip inside allows for a performance bump of up to 40% and a battery life of as long as 18 hours, according to Apple. It also has a slightly larger display than the previous-gen model, up to 13.6 inches from 13.3 inches.

All of those improvements do come at a cost, though, as the MacBook Air M2's price starts at $100 more than its predecessor. For that reason, it's well worth trying to score a MacBook Air M2 deal where possible. We're keeping tabs on any and all M2 MacBook Air savings we see below.
Best MacBook Air M2 deals

Amazon

Up to $200 off

While 256GB MacBook Air M2 configurations are currently sold out at Amazon, you can save as much as $200 on the more capacious 512GB variant over there. The discount applies only to the silver version at present, but it's the biggest discount around right now. Prime members can enjoy expedited shipping and you could get 3% cash back with the Amazon Prime Rewards Visa Signature card.

B&H Photo

$50 off

B&H is offering a $50 direct price drop on the entry-level MacBook Air M2. The retailer offers a neat way to save on sales tax, too. Its own-brand B&H Payboo credit card gives you the tax back as cash back. On a purchase as large as a MacBook Air, that's a decent chunk of change.

Apple

$100 off for students

You can, of course, order the MacBook Air M2 directly at Apple. The company is renowned for not offering direct discounts, but its education store offers a $100 cheaper price plus discounted AppleCare coverage. If you're not a student, you can still save by trading in your old MacBook (or any Apple device) for credit against your new one, or by using your Apple Card to spread the cost of your purchase while getting 3% cash back.

Best Buy

Free iCloud Plus

Though Best Buy has offered as much as $150 off the M2 MacBook Air in recent months, devices are currently back to their regular retail prices right now. However, new and returning subscribers can nab three months of iCloud Plus when purchasing there.

Adorama

Rewards program

You can order the MacBook Air M2 at Adorama. While it doesn't have a direct price drop right now, its Adorama Rewards program is free to sign up for and allows you to earn points to redeem as a credit against future purchases.
