Thanksgiving Sandwich Melt



Whole-grain mustard
slices sourdough or country bread
Gruyère, thinly sliced
Red onion, thinly sliced
Leftover ham or turkey
Cornichons, sliced


Spread mustard onto bread. Top each slice with Gruyère and onion.
Toast or broil until cheese melts.
Top with ham or turkey and cornichons, then put both halves together to make sandwich.
